Ezra Estates Subdivision was a 280‑lot residential development for which WTC provided full civil design engineering services, encompassing water system design, sanitary sewer gravity mains and manholes, gas main layout coordination, street horizontal and vertical alignments with pavement‑section design, and comprehensive grading, stormwater management, detention facilities, and erosion‑control measures. WTC prepared construction‑ready plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates, coordinated all utility permitting, and guided the project through both preliminary and final plat approvals with the City, delivering a fully engineered subdivision ready for construction.
